Publicis Groupe CEE Expands Eric Rainsberry’s Role to Include Master Facilitator

Publicis Groupe Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) proudly announced today the appointment of Eric Rainsberry as Master Facilitator.

With over two decades of experience at the intersection of Digital Product Design and Advertising, Eric has been a transformative presence at Publicis Groupe Hungary. Alongside his new mission, he will remain a central figure within Publicis Groupe Hungary as Executive Creative Director, particularly in relationship with Procter & Gamble and his role within the Pampers Rewards Global Loyalty Program.

A renowned expert in Design Sprints and Design Thinking, Eric has developed and implemented “Agile Creativity” methodologies to facilitate one-to-one marketing at scale.

Over the past three years, he has researched workshop design and facilitation, acquiring qualifications from both The Design Sprint Academy and AJ&Smart in Berlin. Eric has designed and implemented over 20 customized workshop templates, that span Strategic Planning, Product Strategy, Product Marketing and Product Design to Process Design and HR mapping.

In the newly created role as Publicis Groupe CEE’s Master Facilitator, Eric Rainsberry will report to Maria Tudor, Chief Operating Officer of Publicis Groupe CEE.

As Master Facilitator, Eric will enhance Publicis Groupe CEE’s “Power of One” approach. He will work to boost organizational alignment across countries’, executives, and business units as well as implement best practices in collaborative decision-making. Through the development of innovative client workshops and the championing of AI-led creative processes, Eric will improve client engagement and ensure that their evolving business needs are met with cutting-edge solutions.
