Open Minded Companies Award was created in 2022 to appreciate the results and significance of diversity and inclusivity at the workplace. Our People & Culture team was proud to win the main prize and a gold award in the LGBTQ+ category, showing that diversity and inclusivity is truly in our DNA.
We haven’t come home empty handed from HRKOMM Awards either where the best HR and Communications teams were awarded for their extraordinary work. We won gold in the Diverse Workplace category, two silvers in the Most Innovative CSR Program category for organizing a charity auction for advertising agencies and for our project with Belvárosi Tanoda, and another silver in the Most Original Company Event category for our office opening party which was set in the golden age of advertising.
